The Elbrus region is so mysterious and alluring… Amazing in its beauty and power, a land with a harsh character, but conquering from the first acquaintance and forever. On this trip in September 2021, we managed to get acquainted with the Terskol Gorge, the waterfall of the same name and the Soldier Pass, touch Elbrus a little, walk to the cascading drops of the Kogutaika River and the Azau waterfall, climb Mount Cheget (there and back on foot, without a lift) and admire the colorful Donguz-Orun-Kel lake.
