Georgia is a wonderland! So far I have managed to get acquainted with one part of this amazing country, namely Svaneti, which conquered me and struck me right in the heart. Svaneti is love forever. During two trips, we managed to visit the Ushguli community, see the Shkhara glacier from where the Inguri River originates, go to the foot of Shkhara and Aylam, wake up above the clouds on the way from the village. Mami in Ushguli, meet the delightful sunrise at the Latpari pass, walk to the Koruldi lakes and relax in Mestia and Kvariati. The views that opened up around were fascinating, and the Svan Towers added color and history. But the most important thing is the people we happened to meet on these trips.
